NCA’s preschool registration forms are for Babies through Kindergarten

Babies: 6-11 months, 6 months old as of Sept. 1, 2008
Creepers: 12-17 months, 12 months old as of Sept. 1, 2008
Toddlers: 18- 23 months, 18 months as of Sept. 1, 2008
Two’s: 2 years old by Sept. 1, 2008
Three’s: 3 as of Sept. 1, 2008
Four’s: 4 as of Sept. 1. 2008
Kindergarten: 5 as of Sept. 1, 2008

Please make sure forms are filled out completely. Bring completed forms and your check to the preschool office.
